Distance Learning Agreements

Online (i.e. distance learning) courses are covered by Article 35 of the collective bargaining agreement. In addition, the FSU and the Administration have agreed to the following 2 formal agreements that expand on distance learning matters:

1. Distance learning course pre-approval form

2. Distance learning course approval and payment form

Please note that a number of policies and practices regarding distance learning courses such as the right of first refusal, the $3,000 course development fee, etc. have been agreed to by the parties and are now enshrined in Article 35 of the contract.
